TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Payment terms: After receiving your Request Form, QEM Customer Service will contact you. You will then be issued an RMA#. This RMA# MUST be written on the OUTSIDE of your shipping box. When your tool is ready to be shipped back to you, Customer Service will contact you by phone for your credit card Information (Visa, MasterCard, or American Express).

Calibration: QEM, Inc. is qualified to calibrate your hand tool to the proper pin gauge setting and handle load pressure.

Tool repair: QEM, Inc. is limited to the repair of broken springs, clips and pivot pins provided in Molex repair kits. If your tool has cracked handles or broken crimping jaws, or bad locator, it is not repairable.

Minimum evaluation charge:
$35.00 per tool

Calibration:
$35.00 per tool

Repair:
$35.00 per tool

Repair and calibration:
$70.00 per tool
