TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Payment terms: After receiving your Request Form, QEM Customer Service will contact you. You will then be issued an RMA#. This RMA# MUST be written on the OUTSIDE of your shipping box. When your tool is ready to be shipped back to you, Customer Service will contact you by phone for your credit card Information (Visa, MasterCard, or American Express).

Calibration: QEM Inc. is qualified to calibrate your hand tool to the proper pin gauge setting and handle load pressure.

Tool repair: QEM Inc. is qualified for complete repair of your AT-200 unit. Repairs consist of  replacing internal o-rings and most other replaceable parts when required. The main housing and air hoses are not a replaceable part.

Minimum evaluation charge:
$35.00 per tool

Calibration:
$35.00 per tool

Repair:
$95.00 per tool

Repair and calibration:
$130.00 per tool


Additional charges for shipping:
Shipping charges are extra unless otherwise indicated.
