TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Payment terms: After receiving your Request Form, QEM Customer Service will contact you. You will then be issued an RMA#. This RMA# MUST be written on the OUTSIDE of your shipping box. When your tool is ready to be shipped back to you, Customer Service will contact you by phone for your credit card Information (Visa, MasterCard, or American Express).
Calibration: QEM Inc. is qualified to calibrate your AT HEAD to the proper pin gauge settings.
Tool repair: QEM Inc. repair is limited to the repair of broken springs, clips,and pivot pins provided in the Molex repair kits. If your HEAD has broken crimping jaws, or bad locator, they are non-repairable.
Minimum evaluation charge:
$35.00 per tool
Calibration:
$35.00 per tool
Repair:
$40.00 per head
Repair and calibration:
$75.00 per head
Additional charges for shipping:
Shipping charges are extra unless otherwise indicated.
